Why we built this

We managed everything in Google Sheets. One spreadsheet per VA-Client pair — actually two. At 10 pairs, it worked. At 50+, it was breaking. 120+ spreadsheets, manual syncing, copy-paste invoicing. So we built exactly what we needed.
